This is not a sales page. It's the legal packet every fan accepts before entering Vesperotica — the rules, and the age check you can't skip.
The platform
Vesperotica is the fan-facing platform operated under Vespera World. The creator-management software that agencies run on is Nocturnal Prysm. When you subscribe, tip, unlock pay-per-view content, or request customs, the transaction happens on Vesperotica, on adult-industry payment rails.
Eligibility
Vesperotica is strictly 18+. You may only create an account and view or purchase adult content if you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher).
Adult content
Vesperotica hosts adult content. By entering, you confirm you are legally permitted to view such content where you are, and that you are doing so voluntarily.
Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate information, including your real date of birth for age verification.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, or where we reasonably believe the account is not operated by an adult.
Conduct
- Respect creators and other fans. Harassment, threats, or doxxing are grounds for removal.
- Do not redistribute, re-upload, or share any content you unlock or purchase, without the creator's written permission.
- Do not attempt to bypass age verification, scrape, or abuse the platform.
Transactions
- Subscriptions, tips, PPV unlocks, and custom requests are processed through adult-industry payment processors.
- Charges may appear under a discreet billing descriptor to protect your privacy.
- Refunds are handled according to the applicable processor's policy and, where relevant, the creator's own terms.
Where payment happens
Some creators you follow may also be reachable on social apps (Telegram, Snapchat, and similar). Those channels are for discovery and chat. When it's time to pay, that always happens on Vesperotica — never off-platform, and never to an account a creator asks you to send to directly.
The age gate
Before you can see or buy adult content, you must confirm you are 18 or older. At launch, this is a self-attestation gate: you click to certify that you are an adult. We are moving to AgeWallet as the final verification method, and will require it once it is live.
By continuing, you attest that:
- You are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher).
- You are accessing Vesperotica from a location where adult content is legal.
- You understand that providing a false age is a violation of these terms and may result in account termination.
Why we verify
Verifying age is how we keep adult content legal and safe. We confirm 18+ and keep only the records the law requires — quietly, correctly, and out of your way.
Creators & record-keeping
Creators and agencies complete additional KYC verification (via Persona or Onfido) for §2257 record-keeping. Every performer is 18+, and the required records are maintained as the law requires.
Privacy
Age verification is designed to prove you're an adult without keeping more information about you than necessary. Payment runs through processors that keep charges discreet.
Content ownership
Creators retain ownership of their content. Unlocking or purchasing content grants you a personal, non-transferable license to view it — not to copy, redistribute, or resell it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here, and continued use of Vesperotica after a change means you accept the updated terms.
